To secure your booking with Zepacha Kingdom Adventures, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% of the total amount is due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified by ZKA.
For bookings made less than 60 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Zepacha Kingdom Adventures reserves the right to cancel or amend any booking that has not been fully paid by the specified deadline. Payments are non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify Zepacha Kingdom Adventures in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:
In cases of unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions, political unrest, or natural disasters that make it impossible to conduct the tour, Zepacha Kingdom Adventures reserves the right to cancel or amend the itinerary. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative tour or refund part of the payment based on the circumstances.
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal property loss, travel delays, and any unexpected interruptions. Zepacha Kingdom Adventures is not responsible for any medical expenses or travel-related costs incurred by the traveler during the tour.
Please ensure that your travel insurance covers activities like hiking, safaris, and other adventure-based tours offered by us.
The safety and well-being of our travelers are of utmost importance. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in the activities you will be participating in. It is the responsibility of the traveler to be in good health and physically fit to participate in the planned activities.
Certain activities, such as hiking or climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, may require a medical certificate or clearance from your doctor. Please consult your physician prior to booking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
Zepacha Kingdom Adventures cannot be held liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the tour. Any additional medical or evacuation expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.
We aim to provide an exceptional experience, and while we strive to keep the itinerary as planned, Zepacha Kingdom Adventures reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, changes in local conditions, or safety concerns. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
If significant alterations are made to the itinerary before the trip, you will have the option to choose between an alternative itinerary, a rescheduled date, or a refund for the portion of the tour affected. In no case will Zepacha Kingdom Adventures be liable for any indirect costs, such as lost income, missed flights, or hotel reservations.
Zepacha Kingdom Adventures makes every effort to ensure the safety and quality of our tours and activities. However, we are not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, theft, or damage that occurs as a result of your participation in our tours or activities.
We strongly advise that all clients follow the instructions of guides, drivers, and staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Zepacha Kingdom Adventures cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
Zepacha Kingdom Adventures expects all clients to respect the local culture, customs, and environment during their tour. Travelers are expected to behave in a way that does not disrupt or disturb the local communities or the natural environment. We also ask that you follow all local laws and regulations.
Any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of local laws will be asked to leave the tour immediately without a refund. This includes engaging in illegal activities, inappropriate behavior towards other travelers, or failure to comply with safety guidelines.
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your booking and providing the services. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
Zepacha Kingdom Adventures may use your contact information to send updates, promotions, or newsletters. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
Your satisfaction is important to us. After your tour, we invite you to share your experience with us. We appreciate feedback, whether positive or constructive, as it helps us improve our services. If you have any complaints or concerns during your tour, please inform your guide or our customer service team immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
We may use your feedback for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media, with your permission.
In the unlikely event that a dispute arises, we encourage travelers to resolve the matter amicably by contacting Zepacha Kingdom Adventures directly. If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, the dispute will be governed by Tanzanian law. Any legal action or proceedings shall take place in Arusha, Tanzania.
